Sylvia Ann Wilson ("Ann") was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2009.

 

In addition to being the eldest of Margaret's daughters, Ann began her legal career as Margaret's real estate paralegal prior to obtaining her Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law. While in law school, Ann received the book award for earning the highest grade in Labor Law.

Ann has been recognized by the Florida Bar for her volunteer service in the Florida Attorneys Saving Homes Program. She is also a member of the Voile A. Williams, Jr. Inns of Court, the Seminole County Bar Association and, the Orange County Bar Association.

Ann specializes in Real Estate law. She has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate law, and represents buyers, sellers and as title agent in residential and commercial transactions. In addition to her transactional work, Ann excels in real estate litigation, especially complex construction defect litigation and mechanics' lien law.

Ann is a 5th generation Central Floridian and resides in Chuluota with her husband, Paul, and her three children. Together they are active in Oviedo Little League and enjoy spending time boating on the water or relaxing on the beach in New Smyrna.
