Wharton Law Group, P.A., has over 30 years of experience in Estate Planning and Probate. We understand planning for the end stages of your life is not always a subject most people are excited to discuss. Anyone can file papers to incorporate, and many of the forms are available on-line, but there is much more to setting up a business than filing Articles of Incorporation/Organization with the Secretary of State. Margaret A. Wharton started her law practice in Oviedo, Florida, in 1980. Margaret maintained a solo practice until her eldest daughter, S. Ann Wilson, joined the firm in 2009. Margaret's youngest daughter, Lisa C. McCrystal, then joined the firm in 2018. All our attorneys not only work in Oviedo, but they all have lived in Oviedo for the majority of their lives.
