Margaret A. Wharton was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1980. She earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Stetson University College of Law. While at Stetson, Margaret was a member of law review. She is authorized to practice in the state courts of Florida, as well as the Middle District of Florida, United States District Court.
The Florida Bar recognized Margaret's public serve as the Vice Chair of the Grievance Committee 18A and as a volunteer attorney for the Florida Attorneys Saving Homes program. Margaret is a member of the Volie A. Williams, Jr. Inns of Court, the Seminole County Bar Association and the Orange County Bar Association.
Margaret lives on the St. John's River with her husband, Tom. They enjoy cruising the St. Johns, fishing, and even occasionally catching, fish.
Sylvia Ann Wilson was admitted to te Florida Bar in 2009. She was Margaret's real estate paralegal for eight years prior to obtaining her Juris Doctorate degree from Barry University School of Law, where she received the book award for earning the highest grade in Labor Law.
Ann has been recognized by the Florida Bar for her volunteer service in the Florida Attorneys Saving Homes Program. She is also a member of the Voile A. Williams, Jr. Inns of Court, the Seminole County Bar Association and the Orange County Bar Association.
Ann is a 5th generation Central Floridian and resides in Oviedo with her three children. Together they are active in Oviedo Little League and enjoy spending time on the beach in New Smyrna.
